In building an important network of contacts, the opportunity to collaborate and establish corporate relationships and partnerships with people of great value has emerged. Important collaborations have been born that have given rise to spin-offs and acquisitions that have brought the group to interesting transversal markets. The facility management sector was the first branch to extend the entrepreneurial horizon. Subsequently, after consolidating a structured corporate asset, it was possible to finance the Real Estate sector with value-added operations.
